Japan Automobile Research Institute (JARI) holds the annual Roundtable meeting, in order to consider about the solutions of air quality improvement and energy saving in Asian countries. The Roundtable provides an opportunity to discuss based on the latest information with experts in Asia.
The 8th JARI China Roundtable was held on November 2nd, 2010 in Beijing. It aimed to discuss about “perspective on automobile society development and environmental improvement in China. ” In the session I, motorization and environmental improvement was discussed. In the session II, perspectives on fuel economy and air pollution improvement measures were discussed.
